if your ringer is off or muted then the sound doesnt work dont know why the app is designed like that but that should be the reason why its not working good app besides that
For everybody saying that they should not ask for your tv provider information, they are confirming that you have the channel in your tv package. Very nice layout, but it does crash sometimes.
I see none of the problems most people have with this app. The problems have probably fixed, but even the problems that could affect me like constant ads really dont. The app works fine, and its a great app to watch Adam Ruins Everything, Impractical Jokers, and other shows. I do recommend only using with Wi-Fi though, LTE is not that reliable....
Some bad moments
I was able to watch 1 video, after that any time I try it just says it's unable to validate content. I've tried refreshing, streaming, but nothing works.
I gave it 3 stars, but when I just tried to go back it only played one ad then backed out of the video. This app isnt good.
Unbelievably, if your cable provider is Time Warner cable or Comcast (two of the most dominant cable providers in the nation), you will be unable to use this app-neither one are available in the list of providers to select from when you try to log in.
Why this app has anything more than one star is beyond me. Get your act together truTV.
Video freezes up constantly, tons of ads (which is expected), and I cant watch episode 2 of Adam Ruins Everything because after the first ad, it crashes. Only on that particular episode its weird. The freezes is not an Internet problem. I have checked. It is definitely a problem with the app. Please fix.
After uninstalling before the summer for the same reasons, I thought it would be better by now but its still just as bad. Just get an error anytime I try to load a show.
